carrots best sweeeet season♪ 

 暖冬で冬の間もスクスクと大きくなってる人参ちゃん。
寒暖差が大きい中山間地です。最近やっとこ雪が降ったのですね。
Mild winter in this year.Carrots are still growing little bit.
So, recently little snow coming.

畑は真っ白けぇ～。最近の寒い日はマイナス5度位。昨年は日中もマイナス2度とかだったので全然マシなのですねぇ。
White carrots field!.recently -5°. Last year was -2° in daytime.
So, warmer winter♪.

 人参は土の中で、寒さに負けないよう土の栄養を吸収して自分の体温を上げてるみたい。これが人参自体の糖度(甘さ)を上げてくれるそうです。なるへそ～。冬の人参が甘いのはこういう事ですね。
Carrots take ground minerals for get warm on them self. Its connecting for sugar content. So winter carrots are best sweet season.

古い譲ってもらった人参洗い機、、、、二度止まった‼四苦八苦して二度直した！。
きっと来年は、、、新しい機械を、、、っても、新品高いのよ。
Its carrots clean machine,2 time broken!,2 time repair on my self!.
I shoud buy new one,,,,,but, its toooooooo expensive.

しかーーし！、今年わかった事がある。
人力には限界がある。夫婦で農家としてシッカリ稼いでやってくには、農機具を少しづつ揃えないと、大きな稼ぎに繋がってかない。
農機具の新品は百万越え当たり前。なので、最大限稼ぎながら必要機械をリストアップして、良い中古が出たら買う!、を、数年間は繰り返してくしかないっす。
初めての人参がもう少しで終わります。二月は少し東京へ帰って休養?…でっす。

I understood last year. There are maximum in human power.
We are small farmer,but needa earn for my family.
Human power + machine power make much money.
So, list up which macine i need,and then buy second hand machine when it on sale.
Its close to finish carrots season. We go back Tokyo just a week next month.
